In case of product is defective/damaged/incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery please contact us.

Return

If You Choose to Return The Products You Must Send Back The Products Within 03 (three) Days of Delivery. The Product Will be Sent in Our Box Carton Packaging (intact) If it’s Already Opened or Broken Don’t  Receive This From The Courier and Immediately Inform Us. The Reason For Return Has to Be Balid and Return Acceptance Conditions Met Which are Described Below.

⦁    Delivery of Products With Missing Components or Item

Refund and Cancellation

If the product is not available in "Tech Fair" stock, the authority may cancel any order within two working days. If the customer agrees to wait for the product (s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 10 days.

In the case of clause (a), if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund within 1 – 15 working days. If the customer received any cashback, the received cashback amount would be adjusted with the refund amount.

After confirming an order, if the customer cancels the order and the customer already makes an online payment against that order, Nur Telecom will charge an online gateway transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.

Applicable for return & replacement
⦁    The product must be completely intact with the box.
⦁    The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any changes/flaws.
⦁    The product must include all the documents such as tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies or accessories.
⦁    The product must be returned in the original with undamaged manufacturer packaging.

Not applicable for return & replacement
⦁    Damages due to the product’s misuse
⦁    Incidental damage due to product malfunction
⦁    Any consumable product that has been used or installed
⦁    Items with serial / UPC numbers tampered with or missing
⦁    Any damage/defect which is not protected under the assurance of the manufacturer
⦁    Any product that is returned without any original packaging and accessories, including the package, the retailer’s packaging, if any, and any other item(s) originally included in the shipped product(s).

N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability on Tech Fair You may need to wait for more days to receive the product.

Please read our product descriptions, price, and warranty policy carefully before placing an order. Once you placed an order, we won’t give you any refund if the product is not compatible with your devices, or you suddenly changed your mind about using it or you mistakenly thought it’s a different product.
